The ARMC Diagnostic Imaging Department provides 24-hours a day service to our patients, performing over 70,000 studies each year. We have a staff of 65, including 37 Registered Technologists, four Radiologists and four Registered Nurses, who provide a wide variety of services using state-of-the-art equipment.
ARMC offers the most current diagnostic services for both inpatients and outpatients, including PET/CT, 320-slice Computed Tomography (CT), Nuclear Medicine, 3D/4D Ultrasound, 1.5T Open Bore Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Cardiac Catheterization, fully-digital mammography, Mobile Mammography, Bone Densitometry, and general radiology procedures. The ARMC Diagnostic Imaging Department is 100% film-less. This is made possible through the Carestream (PACS) system. ARMC is an International Showsite for other hospitals looking to implement digital imaging modalities.
